A good-size double room available in a 3 bedroom shared flat. Kitchen and bathroom shared. The flat is on the first floor and is located about 15 mins walk from the city centre and only 7 mins from Kingston University!

The flat is shared with 2 other tenants, both clean and very friendly.

Bills are not included in the price but it's about £30/pcm for students and £30 + council tax for professionals. The deposit is £515.

I am moving out and I need someone to take over my contract which ends in August and can possibly be extended afterwards.
