I currently live in a lovely large 2 bedroom house in Kingston Upon Thames. I’m looking for a replacement tenant starting early April, so the contracts will be passed over to you once concluded. There will also be a 5 week deposit but will be refunded by the end of your tenancy agreement.

The bedroom is extremely spacious with 2 built in wardrobes. Comes with a large mirror as well and other shelving for the ladies xx

There’s a living room & dining room so plenty of space to invite guest over to entertain. Also comes with a store room so you don’t have to worry about where to put your bulky items such as suitcases etc.

The bathroom & the toilet is shared.

Lastly, a beautiful garden with a few cats that visit daily x The garden comes with a bbq pit and a shed, perfect for summers.

She’s a final year student in UCL, and owns the cutest dog (Poofie). She’s pretty quiet but friendly and will respect your space. Her dog is very well trained as well so you don’t have to worry about noise.

P. S. If you’re a student, please make sure you have a guarantor earning at least 3x annually of the rent price (£750), if not a 6months upfront would suffice.
