I have a nice double room to let in my flat during the week ( Monday to Friday morning, although there is some flexibility around this and around the price if it was less than the full midweek). I will also consider a full-time 7 days a week short term let. The bathroom is next to the bedroom and as my room is an en-suite, you would have near enough exclusive use of it while you were there.
Price would be £500 a month for 5 days/4 nights a week ; £400 a month for 4 days/ 3 nights a week; £850 a month for a full time short term let. Anything less than 3 nights a week would be open to negotiation.
The flat is very nice as you can see from the photos and has a small patio as well as communal gardens. It is 150 metres from Hampton Wick train station which takes you to Waterloo in 30 minutes, 2 minutes to the banks of the Thames and 7 minutes walk into Kingston with it's shops, bars and restaurants. There is a small parade of shops next to the flat including a post office/corner shop, Indian restaurant and a couple of lively pubs.

Free street parking is available from 6-30pm to 8-30am, otherwise permits will be needed.
