I’m looking to let my spare room to a friendly, quiet, clean, non smoking person for 2-4 nights a week.
The room has a double bed and black out curtains, a high table and chair.
Not tons of storage space, so would suit part week renter.

My flat is newly renovated, ground floor with garden front and back. Parking possible with permit.
Bike storage can also be arranged.
My 7 year old Yorkipoo lives here, too and will probably melt your heart.
