I am looking for someone to replace my tenancy in Tryon House KT1 2NH. Close to Penrhyn road Unversity (Up to 10 mins), Townhouse as well as Knightspark (7 mins). I've had a good time here but have to relocate back to my home country. This is a great development and would be sad to leave.

The tenancy will be until 13th July 2025 so this will be a 6 month contract that you will enter. I am happy to do in person viewings, send videos and pictures as well. We have negotiated this flat at a good price £2850 as the market price to rent this flat would be £3000+ now.
