Room available to rent in a family home. It is a lower ground floor with double bedroom with private access from the driveway. It has its own patio, ensuite and kitchen. It has a double bed, plenty of wardrobe space, all bills and council tax included and access to wifi and laundry facilities.

10 minute walk to Hampton Wick train station. Less than 1 minute walk to bus stop 285 and 281 route.

We are looking for someone who is tidy, friendly, respectful and independent. We are a family home and have quite a busy schedule. We love for our lodgers to pop up for dinner or a cup of tea now and then. The flat is self contained apart from the access we need to the laundry room. It therefore suits someone who would like to have their own space but like to socialise with our family when they wish. We have had some wonderful lodgers stay between 1-3 years each with us. We have a Labrador dog, she does not go to the lower ground floor at all but we would prefer someone who likes dogs.

Strictly no smokers.

We are also happy to have a lodger Sunday night to Friday morning at a reduced rate.
