We are looking for someone to occupy our spare room in October. There is a possibility for the maximum stay to increase if we decide to extend the lease next year. We are a 3 minute walk away from 2 major supermarkets. The flat is a 10 minute walk away from the high street. We already have broadband which will be included in the bills.
