I am trying to find a student to take over my contract for this bronze ensuite room in Arbury Court, a student hall located in Kingston.

It is originally £249 per week but I will pay £996 out of the total rent to reduce the price. This makes the rent average to £230 per week! All bills included.

Tenancy is from 07/09/24 – 30/08/25.

10 mins on bus to Kingston town centre, 15 min walk to New Malden station where you can get to Waterloo in 25 mins. Buses stop right outside the building so you can easily get to Wimbledon. The building has a free shuttle bus to Kingston University as well.

There is a large shared kitchen with a TV and seating (shared with the students on your floor). A common area with ping pong, TV and foosball. Also a gym.

7 other students share the floor (I'm not sure of their genders or what university they go to).
