Hi there. One of our housemates is finishing their course and a room in our lovely house is available. We are between the ages of 24-27.

The bedroom available is the largest in the house, it is the master room with lots of space. It has all the amenities required including a desk, chair, bedside table, large wardrobe.

This house is really nice, it is modern yet homely and tidy. Also, the house is in a great location with a bus stop that goes to town and Lancaster university.
There is a shop at the end of the road and it is walking distance to town and both the university campuses.
The house has a Washer/dryer in place. There is a bathroom with a bath/shower. BILLS INCLUDED, INCL TV LISCENCE.

As a house we have one phd student, one student doctor and a Lancaster university employee.
We are social and like doing fun things together but also enjoy our own space and have our own lives.

The house is kept clean and tidy and anyone who moves in should also want to keep this standard and do their share of housework. It is important we have someone who is respectful of noise, especially at night, as I appreciate my sleep after long shifts and have to get up early for the hospital.
