I am looking for someone to takeover my tenancy from present until the end of contract on 04/07/21 in this bright and newly refurbished house just minutes away from Lancaster city centre. The 3 other tenants (2 male, 1 female) are all students at Lancaster University. The room comes with double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table. The room features a large window which makes it lovely and bright. All bills are included with this rent and the communal living area includes a large smart TV, sofas and dining table. There are two modern bathrooms and a modern kitchen. Rent is just £99/week with all bills and WiFi included.
