We have a double bedroom available for the academic year 2022-23.
We are all students at Lancaster University who are going into 3rd year. We are friendly and relatively quiet and tidy, and all non-smokers.
The gender split is two girls and two boys, and the bathroom would be shared with one other person.
There is free on street parking, a close bus stop to Lancaster University, very short commute to University of Cumbria, and a 10 minute walk into the town centre.
We have a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, a 50 inch TV, and the bedroom is fully furnished.
The council tax band is B
