I’m a 36 year old firefighter based in London. I work shifts BUT don’t come back at unsociable hours. I am fun and friendly, I enjoy doing lots of fitness, hiking, camping and travelling the world.

My house is in great condition and is cosy. The living room was the first room fully renovated and this includes a wood burner which is amazing in the winter. There is also a large dining table which seats 6. I have cable (high speed) broadband Google WiFi throughout the house along with Virgin TV and Netflix.

The kitchen is brand new, it has an American style fridge freezer with ice and water dispenser. There is an electric oven with gas hob. Instant boiling water tap, microwave and toaster.

The room for rent is a modern double room. It is fully furnished with double bed, memory foam mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe, mirror and a lamp.

There is a brand new bathroom upstairs with bath, shower, toilet and basin and there is a downstairs toilet and basin.

I have my own en-suite, so the bathroom pictured is more or less the house mates sole use.

The house has a front and back garden along with a loft for storage.

The train station is approximately 10/15 minute walk and the A27 is 2 minutes away without having to queue to get onto it unlike south Lancing.

I’m looking for someone that doesn’t smoke, that is easy going, clean, sociable and friendly.

North Lancing is very quiet and peaceful and my neighbours are all lovely. There is plenty of on street parking in front and behind the house and this is all permit free and perfectly safe.

A cleaner is included that comes once every fortnight and cleans all rooms (including bedrooms if lodger is happy with it).

Please note this is likely to be a maximum of 3 months as my house has just sold, so this is a short term lodging.
