Located In a quiet area but with easy access to a range of specialist shops and local amenities including library and leisure centre.

On the upper floor is a large master bedroom with en suite bathroom which is occupied by my son. He is a 22 year old professional, who is friendly and tidy. I do not reside in the property but work nearby and am on hand to respond to any repairs, issues or emergencies.
