THE HOUSE
Both house mates are young professionals. We are a friendly house and get on well but not much of a party house. But we do go out together sometimes.

Would suit a young professional (18-32) who is sociable and speaks English. Must be clean and tidy and respectful of others work schedules.

We are looking for a Non smoker who will be happy fitting into our house group. Must be someone who works 9-5 Monday - Friday, as I work from home.

Our home has a laundry utility room, dining room, lounge, conservatory and nice garden. Oh and a cat. Also LGBT friendly.

THE AREA
The house is 2 min drive from 24 hour ASDA, 5 min from White Rose shopping centre and showcase cinema/ikea. Its great for commuting as its a mile from the M62 J28 and 5 miles from Leeds city centre which is a 10-15 min drive or 20 min on the bus.

There is a regular bus and train service into Leeds and plenty of parking to the front of the house.
