Really nice and bright double room with windows on two walls. The pictures do not do it justice!! Our last housemate has pulled out at the last minute so we're ideally looking for someone to sign in the next couple of weeks. The house itself is very nice and big, we have a spare bedroom on the second floor along with 2 more rooms and the bathroom with whirlpool bath, toilet and sink. At the top floor is the final room and the shower room with extra toilet and sink.

On the ground floor there is a massive kitchen with plenty fridges and freezers and lots of storage space and smaller living room. The kitchen leads into a really nice big garden.

There are inbuilt storage cupboards in each room including bedrooms, and each room is furnished with desk bed and extra clothes storage.

This house is a steal at 75 a week with no deposit! There's a 90 admin fee, but that's worth it for the house. We weren't going to pay an admin fee but when we found this we thought it was worth it. We're moving in 1st July 2019.

I'm a 24 year old 2nd year student at Leeds college of music, Lois is a 24 year old architecture masters student at Leeds Beckett and Simon is 27 and is a professional. We all live together right now and get along really well, will let one another know if something is annoying us and sort issues out asap. We keep the house clean and tidy and are respectful and understanding of each other. Hoping to find someone who is on the same wavelength, and we can all get along with.
