Very social housemates, always up for a laugh, we have 2 music students, and 3 professionals, they are all really lovely and cook for each other often! Foodies welcome!

Beautiful area, 2 miles away from Golden acre park. Bus available near Lawnswood high school which is across the road to get to the city centre :)

Garden area where we have BBQ's and social gatherings- table and chairs, fairy lights etc.

Bike storage available at the entrance of the house at the bottom of the stairs.

The attic is great, especially if you like a lot of privacy. The room is massive and the bathroom is amazing, not many places have en-suites that include a bathtub!

Room is available to take ASAP

Minimum stay is 4 months, if you would like to continue the tenancy for longer you just need to let the landlord know :)
