I have a room to rent in my home in Morley. It is a short term let for 6 months maximum but this can be flexible if necessary. The room comes fully furnished with a 3/4 sized bed, built in wardrobe, chair, bed side table and lamp.
There is a large and fully furnished kitchen with dining table, washing machine, dish washer and kitchen storage. There is also a sofa in the kitchen providing a separate space from the living room.
The living room is cosy with sofas and a free view TV with Netflix.
There is a separate shower and bath as part of a shared bathroom.
The room available has a lovely view from the window and is on the top floor of the house.
The house has a lot of stairs so is not suitable for someone who struggles to climb stairs.
There is a small yard and garden with a bench and table and chairs.
It is on street parking and parking can be quite tricky, but parking is available at the end of the street.

There are lots of small independent cafes and bars within a 5 minute walk of the property. A local Nisa is only a one minute walk away (petrol station, shop and post office within).
Morley train station is a 10 minute walk away with bus stops less than a minute from the house taking you into Leeds in around 15 minutes.. 5-7 mins by train. Morley is a great place to live if you need easy access to motorways.
Morrisons is a 10 minute walk and a short car ride away. The white rose centre is a ten minute drive away.

I am looking for a quiet(ish!), respectful temporary housemate who is happy to chip in with household chores and takes pride in keeping the house tidy and looked after. I work full time and I am also a part time student, so I am fairly busy most of the time, but enjoy a chat in the eves if I’m available and a wine on a weekend!
Oh and there’s also a cat, and a new cat coming mid Feb... so you must like cats...!
