One bedroom available contract starting July 1st 2022 till 30th of June 2023. Looking for a flat mate for next year. Unfortunately I’m no longer going to be in Leeds and need someone to take my place. It’s a 6 bedroom flat with 2 bath rooms. Sharing with 5 lovely girls. The room is really big and is closest to one of the bathrooms. All rooms have double beds. Huge kitchen area with washing machine and dishwasher. High speed internet. Cost per week is £115 bills not included. The bills are £80 per month.
The house is Newport Gardens in Headingley, Leeds. Closest station is Burley park 0.2 miles away. Co-op shop is a 3 minute walk. Pharmacy 3 minute walk also. 2 Sainsbury’s both 10 minutes walk. 25 minute walk to university of Leeds and 15 minutes on bus. About the same distance for Leeds Beckett University.
First 2 months I am paying for so you would only need to pay for 10 months of this contract.
Deposit is also paid for you.
