Lovely room available in Bramley. The house is located at the end of a quiet cul de sac with great views over the Aire valley. The room has a king size bed, built in triple wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet. The bathroom is ensuite with a shower over the bath.

The room is available until October 2020. I can be flexible with the length of stay but will need the room after this date.

The house itself has private car parking, front and rear gardens, fully equipped modern kitchen (including microwave, dishwasher etc), living room, dining room, conservatory, utility room (with washing machine), downstairs cloakroom and a further spare guest bedroom and an office.

The rent is inclusive of the following Bills; Council Tax, Gas, Electric, Water, TV Licence, & Wireless Broadband. The communal areas of the house are cleaned once a fortnight. I am happy to clean the bedroom and en-suite weekly and change the bedding if this would make life easier for you. Equally, if you would prefer to keep your bedroom private I will respect this.

A deposit of £200 is required.

The house is close to many amenities and transport networks - the nearest bus stop is 1 min walk away with buses to Leeds centre every 15 mins. The house is also 1 mile away from the retail parks in Kirkstall with a good selection of shops.

I am in my 40's, work full time in Leeds City Centre. There is also a cat at the property. I am looking for a house mate who I can sit and chat with on an evening, rather than simply a tenant. I like to keep the common areas of the house clean and tidy so would like to find someone that can do the same.
