About the House:
A beautiful double bedroom available overlooking Meanwood Farm. It is located on the top floor, fully furnished with a double bed, clothes rail, chest of drawers and storage unit. It is the largest room in the house, carpeted, white walls and a large window makes the room bright and peaceful with a perfect view!

The house itself is STUNNING. As you can see from the photo's, it has a cosy lounge with a stone fireplace, TV and original wooden floors. The kitchen is large and complete with a SMEG fridge and has another perfect view of the farm.

I am moving out mid- February and am looking for a lovely someone to replace me.

About the housemates:
The housemates are a really friendly group of girls. (Ethel, Aparna and Ananya), We enjoy chatting in the kitchen over a cup of tea, reading, cooking dinner together or having house film nights. The house is clean and tidy and has a peaceful vibe.

The Location:
A gorgeous location in Meanwood. The back garden (literally) backs out onto Meanwood Farm. You can follow a little trail out the backdoor through the fields into the farm, it's the most perfect escape into the country side.
Waitrose and Aldi are a 20 minute walk away, or just a few stops on the bus. There are regular buses to and from town with a bus stop just outside the house, making public transport is easy. Meanwood Park and the Valley Trail can be reached from a track opposite the house, so is brilliant for walking, running, cycling and BBQ's in the park!
