We are a couple with a dog and 1 lodger in a beautiful Victorian end-of-terrace house in a lively part of Leeds, just down the road from Potternewton Park. Town is easily walkable in 20-30 minutes.

There are loads of great food places around the corner on Roundhay Road and it’s also walking distance to Chapel Allerton and Oakwood. Lots of bus links nearby and plenty of on-street parking.

Bedroom has been fully refurbished with:

Happy to purchase a mattress, bedframe and wardrobe but currently the room is unfurnished (with a small fitted desk).

Things to know before getting in touch:

We have a small 4 year old Staffy who has a big personality and plenty of sass. She is very friendly and loves attention so if you are a dog lover you will enjoy living with her, but if you are not keen on dogs she might bother you.

I work and volunteer part-time, my partner is a student (masters) and also works at the University. We both enjoy music, cooking, being creative and interacting with nature. We generally keep to ourselves and have the top floor of the house.

Our lodger has been with us for almost a year now, he is quiet and very easy to live with. He works for the combined authority and sometimes works from home. He is LGBT and participates in many queer social groups including climbing and self-defense.
