I have to move to Manchester for work, so this advert is for a lease takeover of my current house share, with a remaining lease of until July 2025 (extension possible). My tenancy was to run from 01/07/24 to 30/06/25, but I would like to transfer the remainder to someone ASAP. Move in is available immediately.
There are a total of 6 bedrooms. The remaining 5 are already occupied , with my flatmates all being working professionals aged between 24 and 32. Everyone is very respectful of privacy and of cleanliness in communal spaces. Kitchen/sink are never a mess, which is such a relief considering my housemates in my previous flat!
