Im looking for a replacement tenant for my room in The Plaza student accommodation in Leeds, as I’ve decided to leave university as my course is not right for me.

The room features a double bed and en-suite. With a large desk making it excellent for university course work, a free on site gym and pool table, tennis table and cinema room amongst other amenities. Only a two minute walk to the Beckett centre campus, placed in a great location.
The other flat mates are lovely and welcoming. They like to socialise and go out but also like nights in around the tv. Meaning they are a great fit for anyone.

This tenancy is for January 2025-Summer 2025
