Looking for a replacement for me in the two bed flat that I share with my flatmate at Leodis Square in Leeds city centre.

Rent is £655 each pcm (WiFi included) and we’re currently paying about £150 each pcm on bills.

Flat has a shared living room, kitchen with washing machine and dryer and a large balcony. Each room has a double bed and en-suite.

Other complex amenities included in the price are a gym, cinema/ dinner party room and communal working space.

Some on street parking spaces but underground parking can be requested for an extra £125 pcm.

Ideal location, 10 min walk from Leeds train station.

Flatmate is a 25 year old male and works in Finance. He’s easy going and likes to cook.
