This is a large bedroom suitable for one tennant - loads of space and loads of natural light. It is less than a 5 minute walk from the meanwood ridge, right by local shops and cafes, and conveniently located between the city centre, headingley, hyde park, and woodhouse.
There are also 2 shared bathrooms, a large living room, and a garden with a bike shed.
The room is only really available from the start of january to the end of april as I will be returning after a time studying abroad. I am willing to discuss some time either side of that though.
The location is great, the other housemates are lovely, and the rent is really fair! Bills are not included but are also very affordable.
