I am looking for a housemate to share the apartment I am living in currently. There is a double room available, we would share a bathroom, open plan kitchen & living space.
The building is a converted mill with nice high ceilings, exposed brick walls and large windows!

The property also includes underfloor heating throughout the apartment and an allocated parking space for one vehicle. Lift and stair access is also provided within the building and Junior Street is on the doorstep of Leicester City Centre giving you fantastic access to The Highcross Shopping Centre. The landlord is also very nice.

You would need to provide your own bedroom furniture.
