This is an amazing, contemporary apartment located in the heart of Leicester.

I am looking for a flatmate who is easy to get on with and ideally shares some of my interests. It's important that you are clean/tidy, easy-going, and friendly. I'm currently a 3rd-year student at the University of Leicester and an aspiring Games developer.

The location is great for work or university. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the station, 7 minutes to De Monfort University, and 30 minutes to Leicester University. The postcode is LE3 5BD if you wanted to check it out on Google maps.

I've lived here for around 7 years now so I might be biased but I think the place is pretty great. There's a nice sized balcony overlooking the river Soar, a big open living room/dining room area, etc. I have Netflix and Amazon Prime, as well as a PS4 and Nintendo Switch which of course you are welcome to use. Since I spend most of my time in my room you'll have the living room area mostly to yourself.

We have the fastest internet speeds in the country at 1gbps. If you're into your cooking like I am, then the Kitchen should be able to satisfy your culinary needs. There is a washing machine, dishwasher and you'll have your own fridge/freezer. Of course, if you have any questions about anything regarding the apartment itself feel free to ask.

The room itself is a double and comes with a bed, side table, and plenty of room to store your clothes. There is a frosted window that lets the light in but maintains privacy.

As a tenant, you will have access to my parking space as I don't need it. The parking space is located in an underground carpark beneath the building with plenty of security.

All bills are included!

No pets unfortunately as the building management doesn't allow it. No smoking as well I'm afraid.
