Easy to get to the big supermarkets and very near chip shop and The Jam Pub( previously the Orange Tree). The house gives you lots of space , there's a large farmhouse style kitchen diner opening onto the garden and the bedroom available is comfy with good storage and a desk.. Room has recently been refurbished so it is light and airy. It would suit a postgrad or similar who wants a quiet space to study and a house that is not riotous with undergrads. Broadband, washing machine, TV , microwave etc all available. There are three toilets, a modern shower room and you get to share with a delightful spaniel....so you need to like dogs. He is quiet and no trouble at all.
There's a secure back yard for any bicycles and onstreet parking. This is a residents parking zone so you can park before 9am and after 5pm, or park unrestricted on nearby street 4 minutes walk away.
