I am looking for a student to replace my tenancy, in a two bedroom house . 1 room is already occupied by another female. The room available is a double en-suite fully furnished , you share the kitchen and living room with the other tenant, both rooms and the living have TVs and plenty of storage space for all of your belongings, and there is also off road parking available 2 seconds away from the property, if you attend University of Leicester or De Montfort university this is the perfect property for you. it’s £150 a week all bills included in your rent, I’m looking for someone to take over Asap before the 7th of October don’t hesitate to contact me for more info!
