Downstairs there is a living room, kitchen/diner, hallway and WC. You have full use of a good sized garden which gets plenty of sunshine in the summer. I've recently refurbished the family bathroom so it’s clean and modern.

It's a 3 bed house but currently there's only me and the dog living here, my partner usually stays over a couple of nights a week. Parking is on the street. If you have your own furniture then I can remove any of the furniture currently in the room.

All bills are included (TV licence, Virgin Media Broadband, Gas, Electric, Water, Council tax)

Looking for someone clean & tidy, a non smoker preferred but not essential and (most importantly) dog friendly. Single tenants preferred, welcome to have guests over.
