Lovely property in the city centre, opposite the Pheonix cinema. Roomy living room with 4k TV. Carpeted bedrooms, nice big windows so nice bright and airy. Good sized room.
2nd floor, secure.
Private bathroom with sink, toilet, shower/bath, large mirrors and towel rack
The flat has a Washer/dryer, dishwasher, brand new storage heather (cheaper bills!).
I am friendly and sociable, work at Curve Theatre and often out working. Great location. Lidl ~2 min walk, with city centre around 10 or so.
All bills come around £160 a month (electricity, water, broadband and council tax).
The landlord would like to meet and vet the new flatmate. We would need to sign on for a 1-year tenancy agreement with him. Looking for somebody to move in by March 1. please get in contact directly if interested!!
