I’m Sade. I’m 20 y/o and looking for a roommate to live Leicester’s city centre (5 minute walk to Highcross). I am a Degree Apprentice in Commercial Business Management and will be living in the city for another year🎉

I love being social and hanging out with friends but my MH hinders that at times (nothing I’m ashamed of). I love going out for drinks/food but equally love a Domino’s & Netflix night in.

THE APARTMENT:
I already have an apartment so you’d be moving into the second bedroom. It was being used as my office/the guest room and it is now my (ex)boyfriend’s room🫣things didn’t work out so he will be moving out ASAP.

The apartment is fully furnished and the kitchen is pretty much equipped as I have all my stuff already so you wouldn’t need to do any heavy moving. You would have your own room with a king sized bed, 2 bedside tables, 1 slim cabinet, mirrored double sliding wardrobe, near floor to ceiling NE facing windows. You would also have your own bathroom with full sized tub, shower head, mirrored cabinets, heated towel rail, over door shelving, toilet and basin.

We would be sharing the kitchen, dining area, utility room, living area and balcony. There is a washer drier in the apartment. We get amazing views and especially great sunsets😍

The building has an on-site gym (Technogym equipment), well-being room, conference room, media room, communal kitchen and seating areas, business lounge, communal patio area and terrace AND is pet friendly!

There are events every month for residents such as: organised walks, wine/cheese nights, board game night, coffee and cake, fresh fruit Friday, etc.

You are able to move in whenever; as soon as possible ideally. Living with your ex is very hard so you’d be doing me a favour!!
