The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a large Victorian end-of-terrace house.

The room is a good double size (3.6m x 2.75m) and is quiet - it is at the back of the house and has no adjoining rooms. The room also has a sink and bathroom cabinet so teeth brushing and the morning wash etc. is convenient and private.

The entire house has been redecorated in the last couple of years, with laminate flooring throughout so it would suit someone with dust allergies (I presume).

Leicester University is approx. 25 minutes walking, much less if you bike. Morrison's and Aldi are within easy walking distance, as is the Odeon Cinema. The Riverside park and Grand Union canal are just a few minutes walk away.

There are the other usual facilities nearby and the bus stop for town is at the bottom of the cul-de-sac.
