We are a sociable house and we all get on very well so ideally looking for someone to become more of a friend.

Price includes use of the whole house, there are large communal areas that are kept tidy and a private outdoor seating area for in summer. There is also an extra fridge and a utility room with a washing / dryer .

I work from home so am in most of the week. The house is in the new walk area so has great access to town and queens road.

I do have a small extremely friendly dog (he weights 2.6kg) who I’ve also included in the photos. The bathroom photoed is shared with 1 housemate.

Happy to look at short or long term leases or something on a trial basis.
