You’ll be sharing with just one other person, a professional working mostly from home. Relatively easy-going/tolerant (LGBTQ+ respectful) vegan person, keeping the flat clean and tidy, enjoy watching movies/shows, occasional drinks/club, gym/outdoors, plant-based food, etc.

Ideally considering
- a like-minded, working professional / funded student who is friendly, easy-going, self-sufficient, kind, tidy and respects the flat and belongings.
- A non-smokier (fixed smoke alarms in newbuilds so no smoking/vaping inside the flat, other options possibly)?
- Somewhat more eco-friendly / aware?
- Vegan (/ vegetarian / pescatarian ) friendly, though certainly not a must

- Within 3-4-min walk away there is a Grill and 7-min walk from the flat there is a stone-baked pizza/wine place, etc., more 10-min walk away +more opening soon incl. a cinema. - Lewisham high street is 7-10-min walk away (0.5miles) with Lewisham Shopping Centre and market activity, banks, chains, etc.
