WHO will you be living with?
In this House we have 2 female and 3 males, all between the ages of 21 and 35. All working professionals.

HOUSE lay out
The house has 6 rooms, a communal open living area and Kitchen. Each room has its own bathroom, and every room has a double bed. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.

The property is located on Chestnut Grove where you can catch the bus from nearby bus stops on Wavertree Road or Smithdown Road. Bus numbers 75 and 80A frequently run towards Liverpool city centre, taking you directly to various popular destinations within the city. The nearest train station to is Wavertree Technology Park Station. From there, you can hop on a train bound for Liverpool Lime Street Station, the main train station in the city centre. The journey usually takes around 10-15 minutes, depending on the train schedule and any stops along the way.

LOCAL FACILITIES
Living near Wavertree high street means you'll have an array of amenities close by such as a Tesco Express which is less then a minutes walk away as well as a Lifestyles Gym/pool, also within walking distance. Explore the vibrant local shops, indulge in delicious cuisine at nearby restaurants, or simply soak up the lively atmosphere of this bustling neighbourhood. With excellent transport links, you'll have easy access to the city centre making it an ideal location for both work and play.

PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room and will begin the process for move in. Depending on tenants’ individual circumstance we might need 2 of the following: Employment reference, Landlord Reference, Character reference, Bank statements. This all depends on a tenant’s circumstance so please speak to our friendly lettings team to clarify what you might need. We also might request to do a credit check.

MOVING IN
Move in can be done the same week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
