I'm looking for a new flatmate for a fully furnished double room, in a modern flat in a gated community (City Quay), in the Liverpool Docks. The flat includes a shared kitchen living room, shared bathroom, parking, and is perfect for a respectful and tidy young professional or student. All bills are included no Deposit needed.

Transport - Brunswick train station is 10 minutes walk away and closest Bus stop is 2 minutes walk away, perfect for transport to town or the suburbs. We also have a City Bike stop, so it’s great if you like a cycle and don’t have a bike. Complex parking is gated and links straight onto the Dock Road so easy for driving in or out of Liverpool.

Local area: The property is within 200 metres of the waterfront and is ideal if you fancy a walk down to Otterspool Promenade or up to town. Also reasonably close to the Baltic Triangle and Lark Lane, with a great Chinese restaurant nearby and pub/steakhouse; both great places for entertaining. There’s also a gym next door with a swimming pool, and as residents we get a 10% discount. All this aside, it’s a quiet area with a private lake just around the corner, so if you prefer to keep to yourself in a peaceful place, there’s plenty of opportunity for that too.
