I am a young professional currently hybrid working, my previous tenant moved out last year to buy her own place and lived here for 2 years and I'm looking for a like minded tenant to make use of my large spare back double back bedroom in my 3 bedroom home off Penny Lane.

I have recently finished renovating the property after buying it 5 years ago. There are 2 large living areas down stairs with a decent size modern kitchen.

The house has been renovated to a very high specification and I am a live in land lord. The price is £520 pcm which includes all bills and fibre broad band. I have a yellow labrador too who lives here too so if you dont like dogs then my place isnt for you sorry!
