I'm a retired teacher with a lot of involvement in the local community and voluntary work, so would be out and about a lot. I have had lodgers for most of the last twenty years, so am used to sharing my house. This is a terraced house close to St Michael's Station, so convenient for shops, city centre etc. There is one 30 year old male tenant already. The bedrooms are not en-suite, although there is a downstairs toilet, but I would be the only other person using the bathroom. Wi-fi and all bills included in the rent. I'd expect a tenant to be mature, responsible, and living a busy life! I'm happy to be flexible about their having friends round for meals etc.
