WHO WILL YOU BE LIVING WITH ?
In this House we have 9 Males and 5 women, all between the ages of 21 and 35. All are working professionals.

THE HOUSE
The house has 15 rooms located in a large modern 3 story house. Each floor has its own communal open living area on each floor and a Kitchen. Each room has an ensuite and a double bed. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.

This property is located in the Aigburth area of Liverpool, and just a 5 minute walk away is the bustling Lark Lane and Allerton Road which is packed with pubs, bars, restaurants and a range of shops, perfect for social young professionals.
Tesco and MacDonald's are also as stones throw away and there are also plenty of convenience stores within walking distance. from the house.
The beautiful Sefton park is just a short 10 minute walk away for stunning views and lovely strolls.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
