We have a double room to offer in the Lark Lane area of Liverpool. There are currently me and my housemate Tom, and another girl we have found who is moving in. Theres a spare room in our 4 bed flat. We live in a great area in the suburbs of Liverpool, a 2 minute walk away from Sefton Park and Lark Lane, which is a bustling road with all independent cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. A 5 minute walk away from a Tesco, bus stops and other amenities. It's 5 minute drive or 10-15 minute bus into Liverpool city centre. We are all in our early twenties, me and our new housemate will be doing our masters while also working in hospitiality, and Tom has just finsished his masters and is also looking for a hospitality job. We are both into climbing and hiking if that interests you. We also love going to watch live music events, festivals and other events. We are both vegetarian/vegan if that's important to you.

I haven't uploaded photos of our flat but I will be in the next few days, but I'm more than happy to send some over to you. The move in date is the 1st August, but you might be able to move in earlier depending on when our two housemates move into their new places. Rent is £95 p/w bills included, and our council tax bracket is A. Wifi is £ 6 each per month.

We are looking for someone who is a recent graduate, post-grad student, young professional, creative or a hospitality worker. Someone who is relaxed but also happy to socialise when they want to. Someone with similar interests would be great but just someone we can get along with!
