Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy, it’s a house of 6 other girls in a 7 bed house on 76 Edinburgh road. The 6 girls are all John moores students, And would preferably like a girl.

Rent is £119 a week with bills included. The contract starts on July 1st, however move in is August 1st. But it is half rent for July and August as well as a 1 off £100 deposit.

The house is 10-20 minutes from John Moores and Uni of. It has a large kitchen equipped with a dishwasher as well as a washer/dryer.
