I am looking for a flatmate. It's a 2 bedroom flat in City centre next to Anglican Cathedral. Great location. There is a parking lot outside the building. The new flatmate has to love animals. I have two great cats. They don't destroy furniture, they are clean etc. I am working from home most of week. I am looking for an easy going, social and rather a quiet flatmate. I want us to become friends and not sit in our rooms with closed doors (fair enough my door is always open cause of the cats). You have to be clean and tidy. The flat is fully equipped. 1 min away there is a bus stop with buses to the Airport and Speke. It's close to everywhere. The rent is £600. Your ;) and no, it's not expensive for City Center and especially for flat share only with two rooms. I'm not trying to earn money. Obviously I can show all bills. The room is sunny and quiet. It currently has a double bed, desk and a chair. You are free to bring furniture. There is also a small storage room available.
