The neighbours are pretty good at holding parcels if anyone is out, bills are included unless they exceed £90 pcm electricity & gas, when they would be evenly split if anyone is excessively leaving the heating on, cupboard - fridge - freezer space, lounge-through-drawing room.
I am looking for someone tidy and respectful of shared living. The house is minimalist in decoration with quality furnishings, periodically being upgraded.
The house has a security composite front door, bespoke glazed walnut doors to the living room & kitchen and the external rear wall has been re-pointed.
I plan to have bespoke bookcases made this year for the drawing room alcoves and re-fit the entire bathroom to have diffused lighting, new tiles throughout, a new suite of taps and toilet with a freestanding basin, it will also have a rain effect shower head with water-blade and a separate shower hose for bath use. I value quality and design and feel the house is a home and definitely not an HMO property.
Tenancy term: 6months from move in date, then monthly rolling or 6month renewal.
Deposit: £490.
