I have a fully furnished double bedroom available now due to my flatmate moving out, I am looking for a new roommate to move into the flat .The flat features an entrance hallway giving access to all areas of the apartment: a large double bedroom, an individual bathroom, spacious living room, dining area and a fully fitted kitchen.

I'm easy going, friendly and respectful person. I am currently working as a nurse, so will predominately be working shifts, meaning that during these days the flat will be fully vacant to have your own space if required.

This is the perfect city location for events, shopping, restaurants, bars and nightlife. It is a 10 minute walk to Liverpool one shopping centre and a 3 minute walk to Liverpool Bold Street which has fantastic array of bars and restaurants suitable for all. Noting the flat is situated far enough away to not be affected by the noise pollution which makes it the best of both worlds.
