The current occupants of the flat are of mixed ages varying from 20-23, with some in second year, third year and placement years and I can vouch that each one of them is a warm friendly perso with an agreeable personality.
The room has its own shower directly opposite the room and two toilets directly opposite as well.
The rent for this year is sitting at £120 per week but I am giving a discount as it is so last minute!
