It is right in the heart of liverpool.

In terms of rent, I would prefer someone who would be willing to pay all upfront or atleast half upfront and half later as this quickens up the process for both parties as there would be no need for a guarantor.
If you wanted to pay monthly you would need a guarantor that meets many requirements.

There is no parking, but there is parking nearby.
