Fully furnished to a high standard each flat has a spacious living area complete with a Flat screen TV with complimentary Netflix, seating area, fridge-freezer, microwave & kettle & toaster, and the 8 bedroom flats even come with a dishwasher

We offer a standard deposit option of £200. Alternatively, we provide the option of a Reposit. This is a non-refundable fee of one weeks rent to act as the deposit.

Concerned about Covid19 and shared student living? At X1 Lettings we are aware that the risk of Covid19 remains a considerable concern for both students and landlords alike.

If you are living far from home, especially internationally, or rely on a course with practical training such as medicine, then we understand that you want to minimize the risk of infection. This may leave you feeling that shared accommodation is not for you.

Since the pandemic in 2019 we have been ensuring that tenants can remain in their choice of student accommodation but are able to do so whilst living independently of shared facilities.

In order to do this we partnered with Uni Kit Out in 2019.

Uni Kit Out is a service where you can order all the items you need to live independently prior to your arrival - i. e. microwave, kettle, toaster, cleaning supplies, food and much much more - and we will co-ordinate delivery to ensure that your parcel is delivered and waiting in your accommodation before you even arrive - minimising the level of contact you have with your neighbours.

There is a 10% discount also for all X1 tenants who opt for this service.

Your health and safety is at the heart of what we do, and we don’t want to limit your student accommodation choices to studio sites which are out of reach for some students. By partnering with UniKit Out we are able to offer our budget friendly bedrooms as safe independent living spaces.
