In this House we have 1 females and 2 Males, all between the ages of 21 and 35. All are working professionals.

The house is located on Breckfield Road North and just outside the property is a bus stop that can take you to Liverpool city centre in just 30 minutes or if you drive, there is parking available right outside the front of the property and city centre is just a 10 minute drive away which is ideal for students or working professionals.

Asda, Iceland and Farm foods are just a 5 minute walk away. from the property There are also 2 local pubs just a 1 minute walk from the property and right next door is a late night convenience store. for all of your essentials

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
