The room is extra large, with the most beautiful wooden floor, a massive double glazed window facing the front garden (North) which has trellis for increased privacy, extra large wardrobe, wooden bamboo shelves and double bed with a mattress.

Oscar who works in IT, at the beginning of his 30’s, friendly and sociable (has a nice cat name Milos and a toilet in his room so he uses the communal bathroom only to shower), Paula who works as a health consultant, in her 20s, lives in the first floor, Marcus who works in theatre production and IT who lives on the top floor of the house (Both Paula and Marcus have their own private bathroom facilities) and me ,Alon who is the owner; I’m rarely ever at home (more like a few days a year here and there) as I also rent elsewhere.

Amazing neighbourhood, near lots of beautiful nature, breweries, coffee places and Higham Hill park.
The Post office, organic shop, local pub and Co-op supermarket are just a couple of minutes away.

In terms of places to sit there is a coffee place just at the end of the street , another one inside Higham Hill park and another one inside Blackhorse RD Wood Workshops. Trauman’s social club Coffe bar is near too as well as a few really cool breweries like wild card, signature, Exhale and more. German deli bakery is also a short walking distance as well as the local pub which serves awesome Japanese food.

There is an entrance to the Wetlands just a few minutes walk away, also
Tottenham Marshes and the canal-walk accessible in about 15min. walk as well as Lloyd’s Park and William Morris Gallery which are about 20min. walk away.
